The CFWS sponsored workshops are designed to instruct and further your exploration in the media.

CFWS members get first registration preference for all CFWS Workshops. If openings are available two months prior to the scheduled workshop, registration opens to the public.

CFWS Cindy Sturla is presenting classes at her studio at Gallery on First in Sanford. Beginner and intermediate classes are available. The cost is $95. For more information email Cindy or call 407.365.8748 or email cistur@aol.com.

CFWS Stewart Jones is continuing watercolor workshops in his Gallery in Sanford. Two Saturdays each month a different topic and subject will be demonstrated. Each workshop participant will work along as the demonstration is completed step-by-step. Stewart is also offering plein-air workshop experiences now that the weather is cooler. New Ideas in Watercolor and Acrylic are necessity since the new rules apply in the Florida Watercolor Society, CFWS Nancy McDonald is teaching the combination of the two medias. She worked in Acrylic for many years doing research in acrylics before they were even on the market in the USA. Watercolor is my media but now combining them is a wonderful idea. Join the class..$7.00 each class... correct change please. Tuesdays 9 am. to 1 pm... great lighting, big tables, one story building, no stairs. CFWS Roberta Lerman Watercolor Classes has some openings in her art and watercolor class on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 3:30. The classes are ongoing, not divided into sessions, and take place at the Maitland Senior Center, Maitland Avenue. There is a demo at the beginning of each class.
